RCC is an w:unconference, where the sessions during the day are determined by the attendees each morning. This page allows attendees to record their ideas before the first day. There is no guarantee that these topics will be selected to be sessions at the unconference.

OTRS

There have been a few workshops on meta:OTRS: WMDE and WMUK (wmuk:OTRS workshop). It would be useful to start a discussion in Australia about this. The issues are broader than Wikimedia, including complaints about wiki content, privacy considerations, etc.
