An Act to repeal certain enactments.

Repeal of enactments

1. The enactments referred to in the first and second columns of the Schedule to this Act are repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.

Extent

2. Any repeal made by this Act extends to the part or parts of the United Kingdom to which the enactment being repealed extends.

Citation

3. This Act may be cited as the Repeals Act 2014.
