< Mindfulness Training

This is a 35 minute mindfulness introduction training session, developed as part of university assignment alongside mindfulness training for the course Group Work at University of Canberra.

Please note: This session is designed for a group where members know each other and are comfortable in each others company. Where required recommendations on conducting an overview where group members do not know each other will be made - with the aim of developing a second introduction training session for this type of group in the future.
