Summary

In evaluating projects that are underway it is essential to be able to see the real results that support the benefits claims. If efficiency really has been improved then the data should support that claim.

As a part of the requirements then, a project should seek to demonstrate the results with quantitative data and reporting with a limited number of concise, uncluttered report views. Not only does this data allow the strategic impact to be assessed it may even allow the process to run better.
