Summary

Some project implementations have made it very easy to communicate issues or to provide feedback. Built into their user interfaces, user's can contribute content to help others perform a step or raise enhancement requests. When these feedback mechanisms are provided and the features subsequently delivered on a regular cadence, the adoption rate has been higher than without these mechanisms. Additionally, formal user training is reduced and efficiency of lower skilled workers increases more rapidly.
