Objectives
The objectives of this subject are:
- To know the project schedule areas in a typical ERP Project
- To go through the challenges and tasks of the phases
- To be able to interface on the right page with the respective clients in each phase

On completion of this subject the students shall be able to:
- Walk a target audience through the various phases of a project
- Analyse and discuss a best approach according to the environment
- Address user concerns and suggest remedies or workarounds
- Confident in acting as an ERP consultant that knows the right rules for the right occasion
Sypnosis
This subject goes through an ERP Project cycle, its phases and timelines after the succesful acceptance phase after the Pre-Sales. Each phase has its importance and dependency on the client's business and user environment. Its success is sought by knowing what experts know and how they dealt with the most common scenarios.
