Lieutenant of Staff Corps of Navy, in continuous service for 15 years with 3 1/2 years' service as commissioned officer, held not entitled to fourth period pay under Act June 10, 1922, c. 212 (37 USCA §§ 1, 4), where it was not shown that his total commissioned service equaled that of any lieutenant commander of the line of the navy drawing the pay of that period, notwithstanding Act March 3, 1883, c. 97, § 1 (34 USCA § 231).
