Seif 4: A mourner is permitted to read (or learn) Job, Kinot and the bad sections of Jeremiah and the laws of mourning, and this applies while the mourner is by himself, but he should not learn with others. Rather, they should sit and debat the laws of mourning, if they make a mistake, he should respond to them in a quiet voice, but he himself should not ask questions. And this applies when the public does not need him, but if the public needs him, even [to teach] other laws [besides the laws of mourning] is permitted as we have said [above].
