Seif 1 - The woman must wash her arm pits and her concealed areas in water (and not with not other liquids), and she needs to comb the hair of her head well with a comb so that her hairs will not stick to one another, and so too the woman needs check herself and her flesh and check her whole body close to her tevilah so that there won’t be anything disgusting on her that might be a separation [between her and the [mikva] water]. And she must thoroughly wash all of her body and rinse in hot water during the time of cleaning her body and hair.
