And I, in the abundance of Your loving-kindness will I come [into] Your House; I will bow myself toward the Temple of Your Holiness in Your fear.

Ibn Ezra

And I – returns to what he began (5:4): [In the] morning You shall hear my voice; that he comes into the House of God and does not have with himself an offering to bow down in His Temple, like one who brings of the first of the fruit of the ground, that is written there (Deuteronomy 26:10): And you shall bow yourself before God Your Lord. And the meaning is: I have no offering, only to give thanks in the abundance of Your loving-kindness upon me.

And the meaning of in Your fear – I do not have with what to bow myself, only with my fear of You, like the way of (Exodus 20:17): And that His fear shall be upon your faces, for the others shall fear of God.
