Hold them guilty, God, let them fall by their counsels; in the multitude of their transgressions cast them down; for they rebelled against You.

That they counsel on Israel. –

Hold them guilty (האשימם)
The Aleph is from the root; or it is substituted as the Yodh of תישמנה (Ezekiel 6:6); as in (Genesis 47:19): And the land be not desolate.
And the meaning of by their counsels – for their counsel will make them fall.
