Miss Edith Coleridge


Miss Edith Coleridge died on Tuesday at her residence at Torquay, aged 78.

She was the daughter of Mr. Henry Nelson Coleridge, nephew and literary executor of Samuel Taylor Coleridge, whose "Table Talk" he recorded during a series of years and edited for publication. Mr. Coleridge married his cousin, Sara, daughter of the poet, a women of equal intellect and personal charm. Miss Edith Coleridge had two brothers and two sisters. Her father died in 1843 and her mother in 1852.
