Ellen Margaret, d. of Major-General P. S. Cunningham, 1881; became Executive Engineer, C.P. 1883; planned and carried out the water works scheme of Nagpur, 1890; became Superintending Engineer and Secretary to the Chief Engineer, Central Provinces, 1899; invalid ed, 1900; retired, 1902.
