Professor, Heriat-watt Technical College, Edinburgh: educated at Bishop Corrie’s Grammar School, The Doveton College, and the Presidency College, Madras, where he took the B.A. degree of the Madras University. proceeded to Edinburgh, and took the B.Sc. degree of that University and then the D.Sc. Is the first Eurasian to attain the last mentioned Degree.
