| In the name of God, the Almighty, the Most Merciful. | Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi | |
| 094:001 | Did We not relieve your chest | Alam nashrah laka sadraka |
| 094:002 | And take from you your load | WawadaAAna AAanka wizraka |
| 094:003 | Which had put strain on your back? | Allathee anqada thahraka |
| 094:004 | And We have raised your remembrance | WarafaAAna laka thikraka |
| 094:005 | So with hardship comes ease. | Fa-inna maAAa alAAusri yusran |
| 094:006 | With hardship comes ease. | Inna maAAa alAAusri yusran |
| 094:007 | So when you are done, then stand. | Fa-itha faraghta fainsab |
| 094:008 | And to your Lord you shall seek. | Wa-ila rabbika fairghab |
