2. The second English form of the Trochaic consists of two feet: as,
"Vērmĭcēllĭ,
Cūrrănt jēlly."
It sometimes contains two feet, or trochees, with an additional long syllable: as,
"Yoūth ĭnclīned tŏ wēd'
Go and shave thy head."
3. The third species consists of three trochees: as,
"Sīng ă song ŏf sīxpĕnce.
Or of three trochees, with an additional long syllable; as,
