The Poems on pages 429 to 438 were found among John Boyle O'Reilly's papers after his death. They have never before been published, and are given unrevised, and, in a few cases, incomplete, as he left them. This at the instance of friends, who felt that those who knew and loved him would not willingly forego these last words.
