Caulis 3–4-uncialis, subprostratus, bis tcrve divisus, divisionibus elongatis simpliciter pinnatis; ramulis haud confertis breviusculis inæqualibus tenuibus laxius subcompresso-foliosis.
Folia erecto-patentia, e basi concava cordata lanceolata, parce plicato-striata, margine plus minus roflexa, usque ad sumraam fere apicem dentatara valido-costata, utraque pagina lævissima, elongate rhomboideo-areolata; parahylliis ciliato-ramosissimis copiosis: perichætii polyphylli foliis interioribus oblongis sensim longe tenui-acuminatis longitudinaliter pluries striatis.
Flores monoici cauligeni: masculi laxe gemmacei; antheridiis parapbysatis.
Capsula oblongo-cylindracea, incurvo-cernua, annulata; peristomii ciliis in carina parce rimulosis, ciliolis ternatis nodoso-articulatis dentes lineali-lanceolatos aequantibus; operculo brevissimo conico-apiculato.
