ADDITIONAL BENEFITS FOR THE FIRST THREE MONTHS OF THE YEAR 1909*
If a person insured under a "Regular Industrial" policy in one of the years given below dies during the first three months of 1909, the Company will pay not only the amount of the policy, but also the following Additional Benefit for each $100 of the sum insured by the policy. In the case of an Infantile policy (issued at age under 10) the Additional Benefit will be paid on the amount of policy at date of death.

To find the amount payable on policy in case of death, during the first three months of 1909, of the person insured, multiply the amount insured in policy by 100 plus the Additional Benefit opposite the year in which the policy was issued, as above, and divide the result by 100. Example: To find amount payable on a policy of $144 issued in 1898, which has been in force for eleven
full years, multiply 144 by 103 and point off two places to the left; the result
