(president Local Government Board), secretary to royal commission on housing of working classes 1884-5, a member of the Oxford circuit, author of Souchester Sessions, etc., a student of the Inner Temple 17 Nov., 1871 (then aged 18), called to the bar 6 June, 1874 (2nd surviving son of Edward Fisher Bodley, Esq., late of Dane Bank House, Congleton, dec.); born 6 June, 1853.
