Lessassier  v.  Kennedy

This action was brought by Lessassier & Binder against Samuel H. Kennedy, to recover a sum of money which they had been compelled to contribute towards the liabilities of a bank on account of certain shares which they had previously sold to him. The judgment of the Louisiana supreme court was in the defendant's favor, whereupon the plaintiffs brought error.
