Schedule A, Subdivision II, paragraphs 6 and 7 of the civil-service rules, are hereby revoked and a new paragraph, to be numbered 6, is inserted, to read as follows, the subsequent paragraphs to be renumbered accordingly:
- One private secretary or confidential clerk to the superintendent, and one cashier in each mint or assay office.
