Under authority of the act of Congress approved June 25, 1910 (36 Stat., 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat., 497), it is hereby ordered that the NE.¼ of SE.¼ of SW.¼, sec. 30. T. 21 S., R. 13 E., G. and S. R. M., Arizona, containing 10 acres, be temporarily withdrawn subject to the conditions, provisions, and limitations of said acts for classification and pending determination as to the advisability of including such lands within the Tumacacori National Monument.
