Second Lieut. Aaron L. Shalowitz, Coast Artillery, United States Reserve Corps, who was transferred to the jurisdiction of the War Department in accordance with Executive Order No. 2707, of September 24, 1917, is hereby returned to the service and jurisdiction of the Department of Commerce.
