Jury Trials in the Canal Zone
Under authority vested in me by law, it is ordered:
That paragraph 1 of Executive Order No. 750, dated February 6, 1908, providing for jury trials in the Canal Zone, is hereby amended to read, as follows:
- In all criminal prosecutions in the Canal Zone for felonies, the accused shall enjoy the right of trial by an impartial jury of the District in which the crime shall have been committed, to be chosen as follows:
This Order shall take effect on and after July 4, 1913.
