Schedule B of the civil-service rules specifying classified positions which may be filled upon noncompetitive examination is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof under part II, Interstate Commerce Commission, a new section to be numbered 3, as follows:
- Five assistant engineers to be employed under the act of March 1, 1913, providing for the valuation of the property of carriers.
