It is hereby ordered that the SE. ΒΌ of Section 18, Township 18 North of Range 10 West, of the New Mexico Principal Meridian be, and the same hereby is, withdrawn from all forms of settlement and entry and set apart as a reservation for use of the Navajo Indians in common: Provided that the withdrawal hereby made shall be subject to any valid prior rights of any persons to the land described.
