Mr. John Garcin may be transferred from the position of clerk at $2,000 per annum, Customs Service, New Orleans, La., to the position of clerk at $1,200 per annum Forest Service, Flagstaff, Ariz., without reference to the requirement of six months' actual service next preceding transfer.
