Schedule A of classified positions excepted from examination under Rule II, clause 3, is hereby amended by adding to Subdivision VIII, Department of the Interior, the following paragraph:

  1. All employees of the Neopit lumber mills on the Menominee Indian Reservation in Wisconsin.
