Mrs. Lillian E. Clark, widow of F. A. P. Clark, who was carpenter at the Santa Fe School, New Mexico, and who while in the line of duty fell from a scaffold through no fault of his own and through no fault of the Government and in said accident lost his life on October 15, 1911, may be reinstated to a classified clerical position in the Office of Indian Affairs, the requirement of the civil service rule relative to reinstatement being hereby waived, it appearing that Mrs. Clark was a classified employee in the Indian Service until June 31, 1906.
