Mr. James D. Goldsby, who held a competitive classified position as superintendent of Westport Station in the post office at Kansas City, Mo., and other assignments in the Kansas City post office from July 2, 1900, to April 18, 1910, when he resigned, may be reinstated without reference to the time limit upon eligibility for reinstatement.
