Section 4 of Civil-Service Rule V is hereby amended by striking out from the tabular statement therein the following under the heading of "Post-Office Service:"

⁠All positions 1845

And inserting in lies thereof the following:

⁠Rural letter carrier 1755
⁠All other positions 1845
