Under authority of the act of Congress approved July 5, 1884, entitled "An
act to provide for the disposal of abandoned and useless military reservations"
(23 Stat. L., 103), that portion of the right of way for military telegraph lines
in Alaska reserved by Executive order dated May 24, 1905 (G. O. No. 83. War
Department, June 5, 1905), which is located between Hot Springs and Fort
Gibbon, Alaska, is hereby placed under the control of the Secretary of the
Interior for disposition under said act of Congress, or as may be otherwise
provided by law.
