Executive Order 12705 of March 3, 1990
Extending the President's Commission on Aviation Security and Terrorism
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America, and in order to extend the President's Commission on Aviation Security and Terrorism, it is hereby ordered that the first sentence of section 2(b) of Executive Order No. 12686 is amended to read as follows:
- ``No later than May 15, 1990, the Commission shall submit a report to the President, which shall be classified if necessary, containing findings and recommendations.´´
