The military reservation of about 2 acres, situated within the limits of the naval reservation on Sangley Point, Island of Luzon, Philippine Islands, which military reservation was made by Executive Order of March 25, 1904, as amended by Executive Order of September 23, 1904 (General Orders No. 158, War Department, September 30, 1904), and has become useless for the purposes for which reserved, is hereby transferred to the Navy Department to become a part of said naval reservation.
