Schedule A of classified positions excepted from examination under Civil Service Rule II, clause 3, is hereby amended by the addition to Subdivision II, relating to the Treasury Department, of a paragraph to read as follows:

  1. All persons actually employed in the Public Health and Marine-Hospital Service at the leprosy investigation station, Molokai, Hawaii.
