It is hereby ordered that the employees of the Executive Departments, the Government Printing Office, and the Navy Yard and Station, who are members of the Grand Army of the Republic, be granted such portions of their annual leave as they may desire, not exceeding fourteen days, to enable them to attend the National Encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic at Salt Lake City, beginning on the 9th and ending on the 14th of August.
