It is hereby ordered that the following tracts of public land near Sparta, Wisconsin, be reserved from sale and set apart for military purposes in connection with a target range, as authorized by an Act of Congress approved March 4, 1909 (Public — No. 328, p. 65), viz:

The northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, section four; the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter, section six; the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter, section 8; all in township seventeen north, range two west, fourth principal meridian. Also the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter, the southeast quarter, and the south half of the southwest quarter, section two; the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter, section ten; and the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, section twelve; all in township seventeen north, range three west, fourth principal meridian.
