The two employees under the appropriation "Enforcement of antitrust laws" and the four under the appropriation "Five Civilized Tribes" in the Department of Justice, who have been commended by the Attorney-General for retention in the public service, may be transferred to the competitive classified service after appropriate noncompetitive examination and approval by the Civil Service Commission.
