Amendment to Rule III.

Amend Rule III, section 3, by striking out all after the word "district," in the third line, so that, as amended, the section will read:

  1. The Custom-House Service shall include such officers and employees as have been, or may hereafter be, classified under the civil-service act, who are serving in any customs district.
