Blackwell, Isaac. An English composer of songs, some of which were printed in a collection entitled "Choice Ayres, Songs, and Dialogue, to sing to the Theorbo, Lute, and Bass Viol," fol. 1675. There are some compositions of his for the church in the books of the Chapel Royal, and in those of Westminster Abbey.
