Isabel Egenton Ostrander
(1883–1924)

American mystery writer. In the 1920s, Ostrander was notable enough that Agatha Christie parodied her in her Tommy and Tuppence anthology, Partners in Crime (1929). Pen names: Robert Orr Chipperfield, David Fox, Douglas Grant and Isabel Ostrander. Some of her works were adapted into films.
