Ernest Robertson Punshon
(1872–1956)

English novelist and literary critic, primarily writing on crime and deduction. Best remembered as the creator of Scotland Yard Police Constable Bobby Owen (1933-1956). He also critiqued many of Agatha Christie's works. Pseudonyms E. R. Punshon, Robertson Halket
