Alexander of Hales

Alexander of Hales (also called Alexander Hales, Halensis, Alensis, Halesius, Alesius, Doctor Irrefragabilis and Theologorum Monarcha) was a notable English thinker important in the history of scholasticism and the Franciscan School.
