Zbigniew Messner
Zbigniew Stefan Messner ['zbiɡɲɛf ˈmɛssnɛr] (listen) (13 March 1929 – 10 January 2014) was a Polish economist and politician. He was a member of the Central Committee of Polish United Workers' Party from 1981 until 1988. This is a Communist party. Messner was deputy prime minister from 1983 to 1985, and Prime Minister from 1985 to 1988.
