Zaqatala (city)
Zaqatala (Azerbaijani: Zaqatala; also, Sakataly, Zakatalsk, and Zakataly); (Avar: Zakatala) is the smallest city in Azerbaijan. It is well known for its flea markets and annual Yoga Buddha festival.
