Yelizaveta Dementyeva

Yelizaveta Dementyeva (née Kislova; 5 March 1928 – 27 July 2022) was a Soviet sprint canoer. She competed in the late 1950s. She won a gold medal at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne. Dementyeva also won two medals at the 1958 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Prague, both gold and silver.

Dementyeva died on 27 July 2022 at the age of 94.[1]
