Xu Chongde

Xu Chongde (15 January 1929 – 3 March 2014) was a Chinese legal expert, professor and political scientist. He was a member of the Communist Party of China in the People's Republic of China. He was born in Qingpu, Shanghai.

Xu Chongde died on 3 March 2014 in Beijing. He was 85 years old.[1][2]
