William Spaulding

William Ridley Spaulding (June 15, 1924 – November 1, 2021) was an American Democrat politician. He was born in North Carolina. He was one of the first people elected to Washington, D.C.'s local government council. His term lasted from 1975 until 1987.

Spaulding died on November 1, 2021 in Washington, D.C. at the age of 97.[1]
