Western Province, Rwanda
Western Province (Kinyarwanda: Intara y'Iburengerazuba; French: Province de l'Ouest; Dutch: West-provincie) is one of the five provinces of Rwanda. As of the 2022 census, 2,896,484 people lived there. It has an area of 5,882 kmĀ². The capital city is Kibuye.

It was created on 1 January 2006 from the former provinces of Cyangugu, Gisenyi, Kibuye, and a small part of Ruhengeri. It has seven districts of Karongi, Nyabihu, Rubavu, Rusizi, Ngororero, Nyamasheke, and Rutsiro.
